"Tantum Ergo" is a Medieval Latin hymn composed by St Thomas Aquinas circa A.D. 1264. The hymn's Latin title literally translates to "Therefore so great". Tantum Ergo is normally sung at Adoration / Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
