Description
What an incredible encounter with this Blanket Octopus. These mysterious creatures spend their entire lives in the open ocean. The female can get very large and has blanket like wings that it can unfurl and roll back up at will.
The male only grows to the size of a sewing thimble but the female can get as large as 6 feet. The most extreme case of sexual dimorphism in nature yet to be discovered.
