스페인어로 '잠재력'을 의미하는 Potencia는 인생에 대한 물음으로 무작정 출발한 스페인 여행에서 느꼈던 감정들로 만들어진 곡이다. 다채롭게 변주하는 가야금 선율 위에 플라맹고의 'Compas(장단)'과 'Palma(손뼉리듬)'을 이용한 구성은 불확실한 미래에 대한 고민들이 잠재된 감수성을 통해 하나의 음악으로 발산되는 것을 표현하였다. / The music ‘Potencia’ has started with the emotion I felt on the trip to Spain. I have asked myself what I have, what I can do, and what I will do. The composition of flamenco which use ‘compas’ and ‘palma’ on a melody of Gayageum represents that the worries about uncertain future is released through a song made of potential sensitivity.
