Yang Yi Guzheng Ensemble performed "The Amis Tribe" on February 15, 2015 at the Mc Carter Theater in Princeton, NJ . The Amis people are the Taiwanese aborigines. This ethnic group is famous for its love of life, and intricate skills in singing and dancing. The music piece The Amis Tribe describes the warm and cheerful atmosphere of the Amis people’s dancing at festivals.
