In order, the song tells the story of a man who is removed from the untouchable environment of childhood and placed in school. There, he is prepared for a future devoid of any spontaneity in his actions and is constrained in relation to his freedom of expression, being warned that it is better to "observe what he says or will be called radical, liberal, fanatic, criminal". Finally, he becomes, under pressure, a conformist and ends up confused about himself, without a coherent self-image.
