In 1973, this song almost won the Eurovsion song contest for Spain.
It was performed by the group, Mocedados, and came in a close second to the entry from Luxembourg.
The Mocedados version was a hit in many parts of the world, including Australia, where it charted right around the country...English version on one side, and Spanish on the other.
Here in Australia, Mocedados had some competition from local girl Brenda...and, Brenda's version charted in Brisbane (# 34) and Sydney (# 14).
It was released in an RCA 45, 102408...
...and, also on Brenda's self-titled 1974 RCA LP, MVPL1-0027.
Interestingly, the Mocedados version was also an RCA 45.
